Breakfast sandwich with soft boiled egg and turkey patty
Ingredients:

  • 2x slices of bread
  • 1x soft boiled egg
  • a pack of lean ground turkey
  • 1x tablespoon of fresh, chopped sage
  • 1/2x teaspoon of onion powder
  • 2x teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 2x teaspoons of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper

Oatmeal omellete – Policzona Szama

Ingredients:

  • 100g of normal/standard oat flakes
  • 200ml of milk 1,5%
  • 2x eggs M size
  • 5g of chia seeds or sweet basil
  • 40g of Nutlove chocolate – hazelnut cream

Optional:

  • 15g of erythritol,
  • 1x plain skyr yoghurt
  • sweet sauce

Millet flakes with cocoa

  • 1x cup of milk
  • 5x spoons of millet flakes
  • 1x teaspoon of cocoa
  • 2x teaspoons of honey

Protein, overnight, penaut butter flavour oats – Felu

Ingredients: (modified)

  • 50g of oats
  • 15g of vanilla casein
  • 150g of vanilla skyr (1 whole cup)
  • 10g of penaut butter
  • 26g of powdered penaut butter (or 20g of “normal” penaut butter)
  • 100ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 1 row (3-4 pieces) of dark chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 50g of oats
  • 15g of vanilla casein
  • 100g of vanilla skyr
  • 50g of liquid coffee
  • 5g of cocoa powder
  • 50g of water



Puff pastry with salmon and and cottage chesseu

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of puff pastry sheet
  • 150g of cottage chesse (Almette)
  • 100g of salmon
  • salt, pepper, lemon, dill

How to make it:

  1. Unroll the pastry.
  2. Spread evenly the whole cottage cheese across the pastry, but leave a few cm without the cottage cheese so you will later have easier time rolling the puff pastry.

3. Put small pieces of salmon across the sheet.

4. Add pepper, salt, dill and squeeze lemon juice.

    5. Roll and cut the pastry

      6. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes and 200 Celsius. Heat mode: top and bottom and if your oven has baking modes you can set “Puff Pastry”. After 15 minutes check if your salmon bites look crispy and baked and if not, add more time.
